Loin des expérimentations technico-chimiques, des effets de manches soufflés à l'azote ou des nourritures japoniaseuses, au Bordeaux, on mange de l'excellent et des produits magnifiques magnifiés... Pattaya People: le décor chic, offre une ambiance qui évoque les meilleurs restaurants de France.... En effet, les propriétaires, Bruno et Luc ont été pendant 20 ans restaurateurs à Paris. Ils ont choisi Pattaya pour ravir les palais des gourmands Pattaya... Pattaya times: Successful Dinner for Dr. Philippe Seur's Heartt 2000 Charity at Bordeaux Restaurant T he Bordeaux Restaurant in the Soi Day Night (a block behind Tukcom) went all out to prepare an excellent dinner to high French standards for all the guests to enjoy. The menu featured a creamy Lentil soup with Parma Ham, followed by a mix of Seabass and Salmon on eggplant with a creamy dill sauce. The main course was Rack of Lamb with Rosemary sauce and potatoes gratinee. It was finished off with a lovely Chocolate concoction with 3 flavors in a Vanilla sauce. All were outstanding and all enjoyed the culinary delights from Bruno & Luc’s Bordeaux Restaurant, which all the guests appreciated immensely. Ray of the Venue Residence and Cabaretin Jomtien Complex did a great job as MC for the evening and even had his Cabaret dancers entertain with a lively number from his showbar dancers. There was a lucky draw with many great prizes and at the end of the evening with the capacity crowd in the Bordeaux restaurant, through the generous donations and proceeds from meals and drinks, the total raised at this grand event was over 142,000 baht for the doctor to continue his good work.
